Problem: Microsoft Word may become corrupted or unstable. As a result, when bringing up the draw toolbar or trying to edit a drawing object, Word crashes.
Solution: One solution is to use the “Remove Office” utility found in Applications > Microsoft Office 2004 > Additional Tools > Remove Office folder. Choose to remove the entire program including settings. Install the program again.
