Summary. The CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 requires, among other things, that spam junk email mail include an easy to use unsubscribe option. The organization, Get Motivated of GetMotivated.com, sends out emails without an unsubscribe option. Numerous requests by us to be removed from their list have gone ignored. A person really needs to ask, do you really want to be associated with a company that doesn’t comply with Federal laws and doesn’t respond to reasonable consumer requests? We are now documenting this and will follow-up in the future to report whether or not this issue gets resolved.
