Future Events of Yet Unknown Date and Time

monument at the United Nations Headquarters proclaims this message about our future as foretold in the Hebrew sacred text of Isaiah 2:4:

They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not take up sword against nation, nor will they train for war anymore. [Isaiah 2:4]

The futuristic declaration of Isaiah, affirmed by the United Nations, continues with these words:

The cow will feed with the bear, their young will lie down together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox. [Isaiah 11:6-9]

The infant will play near the hole of the cobra, and the young child put his hand into the viper’s nest. They will neither harm nor destroy on all my holy mountain, for the earth will be full of the knowledge of the LORD as the waters cover the sea. [Isaiah 65:25]
