  1. I enjoyed the meditation talk a lot! I liked the listing of reasons for and practical uses of having a practice. Also, that you made it easy to begin an encouraged people making their own choices. I also liked the idea of beginning with physical stretches, to help newcomers settle into a sitting practice. I also like the idea of walking and talking/listening…helping people move their bodies while on their digital devices. also like the bird graphics! Thank you!
