Dear Friend,

I hope you’re doing well. Thanks for taking time to read this month’s newsletter.

Personal Update

My Personal Update for January is now available. If we’re not already connected on Facebook, I invite you to Like my page and also visit my AboutGregJohnson.com website. I’m slowly shifting from Facebook and other social media to putting content on my personal website where people can signup for updates.

What’s New

In the past I’ve maintained a What’s New page for new content and changes to the website. I abandoned that page for a while because the Recent Articles page served a similar purpose. However, I’ve decided to go back to maintaining a What’s New page in addition to the Recent Articles page because some content on the site won’t ever show up anywhere else. For example, new pages on the site won’t show up as articles. Additions to existing pages or articles wouldn’t show up. Also, when I post old content, the date assigned to that post is the date of the content and not the current date. So, if you look on the What’s New page you’ll see content and changes in the order they are being added. The What’s New archive goes back over 10 years.

Topics and Writings

You can read the latest writings on the Recent Content page. In addition to some technical support writings. I’m adding videos that I think are with watching. There are over 50 new posts for this month.

Heart Songs

This month’s Heart Songs selection is “Saturn” by Sleeping at Last. The lyrics are below. For the full effect, you’ll want to listen on a good stereo system or nice set of headphones.

Lyrics

You taught me the courage of stars before you left
How light carries on endlessly, even after death
With shortness of breath, you explained the infinite
How rare and beautiful it is to even exist

I couldn’t help but ask
For you to say it all again
I tried to write it down
But I could never find a pen
I’d give anything to hear
You say it one more time
That the universe was made
Just to be seen by my eyes

I couldn’t help but ask
For you to say it all again
I tried to write it down
But I could never find a pen
I’d give anything to hear
You say it one more time
That the universe was made
Just to be seen by my eyes

With shortness of breath, I’ll explain the infinite
How rare and beautiful it truly is that we exist

Thanks!

I want to thank the global team of volunteerscontributors, and workers “behind the scenes” who help make all this possible. I’m very grateful to the many people who continue to uphold and advance the mission of Resources for Life. Thanks again for your support. Please let me know if there is any way that Resources for Life can serve you better.

Regards,
Greg
